The Sofia Beach Hotel in Pangandaran is a small hotel that is constantly upgraded. Located about 200m from the beach, it is close to restaurants and shopping.
The hotel rooms are quite large, with air conditioning and Western styled toilets.
It now boasts cable televisions as well.
The pool was recently installed and is good sized. There is no pool bar though, and no towel service.
You can get alcohol from the mini bar but the hotel has no lounge. The restaurant has both a Local and Western menu.
